Leah is passionate about advising and sheparding small businesses from start-up phases through pre-IPO. A veteran corporate lawyer, Leah has been advising individuals and companies since 2009. Leah started her legal practice representing bio-tech startups, and has since represented individuals and companies across industries in all areas of commercial transactions ranging from: employment contracts, entity formation and conversion, IP matters, negotiations, M&A, securities, licensing, international law, commercial real estate, development agreements, and corporate taxation.

Prior to forming Jensen Bennion Law, Leah was with the Boutique law practice ClearWater Law and Governance Group in Salt Lake City., Utah. When not practicing law, Leah enjoys running, hiking and traveling. Leah is licensed in Tennessee and Utah.
